1. Eligibility for Return, Exchange, or Replacement
You may request a return, exchange, or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- You have received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@carryon.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order ID, clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
- Our team will review and approve eligible requests, after which we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship it back.
3. Exchange and Replacement
Once the returned product is received and verified:
- A replacement will be shipped if available.
- If not available, you may choose an exchange for another item of equal value or opt for a refund.
- If the exchange/replacement request is approved, the product will be delivered to you within 5–7 days.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if:
- A replacement or exchange is not feasible.
- The returned product meets our return condition criteria.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
